Zalawad, famous for frequently hit by draught, had accepted its fate and so as the women of this area. Not-so-literate the ladies of this area would prefer die to work outside home. Our organisation strongly believes that every individual is born with some or the other talent. The ladies of this area are expert in making “Bandhana”, but are not smart in marketing them. We intuitively worked on their expertise as their recognition. We offer them to work from home and smarter ways to market their produces.  This small step has made them an economically independent class, which even graduates and post-graduates of this area would dream to reach.
